During the recent audit, auditors from the external audit firm, Exceed (Pty) Ltd, have been highly satisfied with the processes, controls and oversight applied by the SAPO team. With the scope of audits including 3 critical business areas – overall financial governance, royalty collections and payments to its IP clients, as well as independent audits on contracted nurseries, the auditing process serves as an important parameter of SAPO’s relatively complex and unique business functionalities. This milestone serves as an important accomplishment for SAPO in continuing to raise confidence amongst its shareholders and clients.
